Life doesn’t hand out instruction manuals.
I help you translate the fine print, turning tangled thoughts into breakthroughs you can use right away and every day after that.
Because healing shouldn’t feel like more overwhelm, sessions mix evidence-based methods with honest conversation.
Expect practical tools, a little humour, and zero judgment. Just space to recalibrate and get back to living.

Is Relationship Check-in right for you?
Do you find you keep having different versions of the same argument with someone you love?
The Check-in is therapy that includes both members of the partnership. The work might be to resolve conflict, to rebuild trust and intimacy, and ultimately to gain objectivity that will sustain you.
Couples might be married, life partners, parents and their child, or even committed friends who want to work things out.
Group Workshops: Framing Your Future

Will I enjoy a group workshop?
Yes! You are not alone.
Group workshops are excellent opportunities to share experiences and ideas. After six sessions covering a specific theme, you’ll leave with greater hope and confidence.
The themes and structure for each workshop are designed by the members who join. Past workshops have covered dealing with anxiety, creating better relationships and decision-making.
